Principal's Message
Welcome to Saint Theresa Catholic School, where you will experience a warm and welcoming faith-filled community, a joyful student body, and caring teachers, staff, administration, priests, parents, and volunteers, with a deep love for Christ! We take great pride in our close community and our Mission, and work together each day to strengthen them.
Our Mission: Guided by the teachings of Christ, Saint Theresa Catholic School is dedicated to Educating Tomorrow’s Catholic Leaders. We partner with families in the spiritual, intellectual, social, and physical development of every child. Our primary function is to continuously strengthen our Catholic faith. Everything we teach is in accordance with the traditions and doctrines of our Roman Catholic faith and is rooted in the teachings of Jesus. This year we have made the commitment to deepen our faith through Disciple of Christ, Education in Virtue, providing a common language in virtue and helping us live more virtuous lives. We also have a rich tradition of academic excellence rooted in our Catholic faith, and a strong team of teachers and student support staff to assist all of our K-8th grade children in their learning--academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually. In addition, all who enter our school need to feel safe and welcome, and we are committed to working with our community to ensure a safe and supportive environment. We are here to support children's primary educators--their parents--and to foster that, we know that communication and parent participation are essential and vital. We welcome dialogue, questions, concerns, and thoughts, and look forward to seeing parents in our school and at community events! For those of you who are not already members of our Catholic learning community, please call us to set up a time to take a tour. We welcome you! Be assured of my prayers, and may you all have many blessings this school year! Erin O’Malley Principal |
