Admissions Timeline & Availability
*Applications for admission open on January 4, 2027. Submission of an application does not guarantee admission, and all applications are carefully reviewed in accordance with our admissions policies.
*Applications submitted on or before February 5, 2027 will be considered during our initial round of application review, with admission decisions emailed to parents by March 5, 2027.
* After February 5th, completed applications will be considered for placement, as space allows. To be eligible for the waiting pool, families must complete all five steps of the application process outlined below.

STEP 1: Pay your non-refundable $200 application fee by clicking the button below. Please complete this step first.
STEP 2: Complete the online application by clicking the link below and upload all documentation (Birth Certificate, Baptism Certificate, and custody agreement if applicable)
STEP 3: Click the button below to download and print the appropriate teacher evaluation and provide to your child's current teacher for completion. Your teacher must return the form directly back to St. Theresa Catholic School at [email protected]
STEP 4: Upload a current report card and standardized test scores, as well as final report cards from the previous two years or a complete transcript. This step does not apply to Kindergarten applicants. Do not upload each quarter's report card--only current & copies of the final report card from previous two years.
STEP 5: After steps 1-4 are complete, sign up for an assessment date using one of the links below.
*Families whose applications are submitted after all assessment dates have passed will be contacted directly for an assessment if all other steps have been completed.*

PLEASE NOTE: Saint Theresa Catholic School follows LCPS for Weather Related Closings. In the event of a school CLOSING, all assessments will be cancelled & rescheduled. If we have a Two-Hour Delay Kindergarten assessments will begin at 10:00 & afternoon session will remain the same.
Grades 1-7 --Any assessments scheduled before 10:00 will need to be rescheduled.
