STEP 1 - Complete the online application by clicking the link and upload all documentation (Birth Certificate, Baptism Certificate, Immunizations, and custody agreement if applicable)
STEP 2- Pay your non-refundable $150 application fee by clicking the button below.
STEP 3-Click the button below to download & print the appropriate teacher evaluation & provide to your child's current teacher for completion. Your teacher must return the form directly back to Saint Theresa Catholic School at rotelld@stsashburn.com
STEP 4- Upload report cards & standardized test scores from the previous two years or a complete transcript
STEP 5 - Sign up for an assessment date using the links below. Assessments dates will be held in February & March. Links to sign up will be posted in January
STEP 6 - Admissions decisions will be communicated in mid-March via email. All 5 steps must be completed to have a complete application. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
