Mrs. Melissa McDonald

Mrs. McDonald started at St. Theresa’s in 2023. She holds a B.A. in Print Journalism and an M.Ed, with a special concentration in curriculum development. Currently, Melissa is studying to obtain a Phd in education and law. Although she is a certified paralegal, Melissa's passion for teaching became evident while homeschooling her four children over 20 years ago. Her first professional classroom experience was at Edlin, a Fairfax County private school for gifted students. Since then, Melissa has taught for the Loudoun County Public School System. ​
