Mrs. Jocelyn Elagio

​Mrs. Elagio has accumulated 17 years of valuable experience in the Catholic education system. Throughout her career, she has held various psychology-related roles such as personnel management, psychometrics, payroll supervision, and psychiatric technical work within the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Recovery Program. Her journey also includes teaching elementary students in Guam, USA, before transitioning to the role of a school counselor in 2016. Mrs. Elagio's recent relocation to Virginia in July 2022 marks her new position as the middle school counselor at St. Theresa Catholic School.  This school year 2024-2025 she will be the K-5th grade School Counselor. Proficient in three languages - Kapampangan, Filipino, and English, Mrs. Elagio is steadfastly devoted to assisting her students in reaching their academic goals by offering personalized support. Her work ethic and dedication underscore her commitment to meeting the individual needs of each student.​
