Mrs. Ioanna Sanborn
Mrs. Sanborn started at St. Theresa in 2020. Nursing is her second career after pursuing hospital administration first. She has a Masters in Nursing and has worked under the Emergency and Trauma services for over 15 years. She currently works part time in a busy ER! She loves being a school nurse too and working with the families at STCS to keep the students healthy and ready to learn! Ioanna grew up in
Northern Virginia and attended O.L.G.C. in Vienna. She has two children who currently attend STCS and love being a part of the community! In addition to her professional work experiences, her academic background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services from the University of Miami in Florida, a Masters in Health Administration from Johns Hopkins and finally a Masters in
Health Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland. She loves the outdoors and spending time with her family.
