Mrs. Colleen Meinecke

Colleen Meinecke holds a BA in Interpersonal Communication from Salisbury University and a Master of Public Administration from George Mason University. She earned her secondary ELA teaching license through the iTeach Virginia program while working as a Special Education Teaching Assistant for Loudoun County Public Schools. Prior to her education career, she managed budget, human resources, and IT projects for the US federal government; where she also served as an Associate Certified Coach for colleagues pursuing career development support. She is excited to join the STCS community and develop future leaders. Colleen lives in Aldie with her husband, Andrew; golden retriever, Hank; and her two children who also attend STCS. ​
